Appearance: Cloe has long blonde hair that she keeps up in a ponytail. She has one long blue streak that comes over her left eye. She has an athletic built, but is nowhere near bulky. Instead she has lean muscles that she uses to create a rather nasty punch. Her eyes are a Caribbean blue, except when her Ice Sharingan is activated. When it is, her eyes go to a light blue that almost make them look white.

Generally she wears a blue sleeveless shirt that goes from her neck down to her top of her pants. The shirt as patterns of white at the bottom that makes it looks like ice coming up her shirt. On her arms, she has bandages from her shoulder and down to her elbows. On top of that she has blue fingerless gloves that go to where the bandages end. Her shorts are a light blue on top that gets darker to where it is a navy color at her knees. On the lower half of her legs she wears more bandages and the standard ninja footwear. Her kunai pouch is attached to her right thigh and her shuriken pouch is attached to her belt in the back of her left side.

Preferred Weapons: Cloe as an array of assorted weapons that she likes to use. For her, each weapon in her arsenal is made for a specific purpose. She tends to use kunai a lot when she fights, having small ones for throwing at opponents and larger ones that she can use for hand to hand combat. Another weapon that she prefers is Shuriken. Whenever she is trying to capture an opponent or to slow someone down, she uses these to aid her. She also has a beautiful blue katana with a gold Chinese dragon on the outside Sheath. She carries this sword, not only for fighting, but also because it sword belonged to her father. She carries it as a reminder of who she is and to keep her father legacy alive.

Best At (ninjutsu, genjutsu, or taijutsu): She is the best at genjutsu and ninjutsu. She has the ability, one passed down from her family, to be able to copy and recreate attacks of her opponents. This ability is a Bloodline trait. Cloe’s Bloodline trait is actually a sister of the Sharingan. It holds many similarities, but it also has some major differences. For example, Cloe can not only copy and recreate its opponent’s moves, but she can allow use it to combine the opponents attack with one or more of her own. This causes a deadly combination. Her Bloodline trait, known as Ice Sharingan, is also used for controlling elements; particularly ice and water. Using her Ice Sharingan, Cloe creates a number of deadly attacks ranging from Ice Daggers to Ice Breath. These techniques can only be used it one possess the Special Bloodline trait.

Worse at (ninjutsu, genjutsu, or taijutsu): It’s not that Cloe is bad at taijutsu, it’s just that it is nowhere near her most used. Because of her Bloodline trait, Cloe leans more on her elemental powers rather than her physical strength. She actually prefers to sneak up on a person rather than face them head on in a fight. Since she is a female, she tends to be weaker against male ninja, so she has to use other ways of taking down ninja if she uses taijutsu. Overall she just does not work with taijutsu enough to be able to a true expert at it. She is just average in it.

Bloodline Moves:

• Ice Daggers- Daggers that are formed from her hands. When these projectiles hit a target, they melt; leave a large wound in their wake.
  
• Frozen Tundra- When Ice Sharingan is activated; she places a hand on the ground. After doing this, her selected targets are frozen from their knees down.
  
• Summoning: Shinra Tiger of Ice- This attack allow her to summon a Tiger, completely made of ice. Shinra, her Tiger, will either protect Cloe or attack for her; whatever she needs him to do.
  
• Ice Breath- This attack is used in the event that someone gets too close to Cloe or if she had been captured. Using her Ice Sharingan, she takes a breath and blows. Ice crystals are blow from her mouth, freezing whatever it reaches.
