The Rules for the missions is very simple:
1) Members can create Missions of the C or D rank IF they have a Staff Members prior permisson.
2) Ninja who participate in the mission have to be the rank or above what the missions requires, unless there is a leat one other ninja of a higher rank.
3) Rewards for Missions are given by STAFF and not by members.
4) You must complete Mission once you have taken them
5) You may only complete Mission in the Village you are in.
